We had a really good experience buying our home from James. His enthusiasm and passion for his building projects comes out in his work. We had the opportunity to tailor some aspects of the interior design such as floor tiles, kitchen design and paint colours, which was fantastic and James was more than helpful in accommodating this.

James provided good communication throughout the whole process, keeping us in the loop step-by-step and was very quick to respond to any queries we had. Even after we had moved in he was always quick to respond to any minor snagging issues that arose.

Not often when buying a new build do you get to actually meet the builder himself as usually they are the big outfits that are impersonal but in this case James the builder wants to make sure that everything is done to his high standards and he makes sure that you are happy with what you are buying and we are delighted with his helpful approach, nothing is too much trouble for him.
